5 Fort Collins Missed Connections Posted on Craigslist This Week

After watching the movie Craigslist Joe last week, it made me venture onto Craigslist to see what crazy things you can actually find on there. Surprisingly, and what I learned in the movie, is that you could honestly live off of Craiglist by all the free items and jobs you can find on there.

After looking at the local Fort Collins Craigslist page, I came across "Missed Encounters" section. Essentially this is where you can post to find someone who maybe you walked past on the road, saw at the grocery store, or had a casual conversation with. If you weren't able to grab their name and phone number, Craigslist "Missed Encounters" is hopeful they can help you find that person.

So starting every Monday, I will be posting the five "Missed Encounters" that stood out to me to see if they can be helpful in finding that "special person" for you. Some of them will be serious. Some of them will make you laugh out loud!

But here are the five Craiglist missed encounters for this week...Enjoy!

1.) OLDER MAN AT HABITAT IN LOVELAND - w4m - 45

"You were behind me at the checkout stand and commented on the price of one of my items. I found you quite handsome and your making me laugh felt nice. Just wanted to thank you for noticing me..."

(Do you think she logged into Tinder after seeing him at the Habitat in Loveland?)

2.) GORGEOUS VENDING MAN I ALWAYS LOVE SEEING YOU - wfm - GREELEY

"You always come into my work, sexy as hell and on a mission. Every Friday I cant wait. Those tattoos and the way you are always handling heavy things. Showing those muscles! This gurl cant take it. Honestly probs throughout the whole week Im thinking about that 10 minute event when you come in :/ . . . I know your not the kind of guy to look at dumb things like this, Ive been in this same spot before, posting online about how gorgeous you are and how bad I want you. But I guess I just like it being out there. We always joke around (when your not all hustle bustle) SIGH. If you do see this, tell me what we always joke about in the header and what I look like."

(Since they are always joking at the vending machine together, why not just do something we all do? Have a conversation and tell him. I have a feeling he isn't checking Craigslist each day to get your thoughts)

3.) VERY ATTRACTIVE GUY AT PETSMART - w4m - LOVELAND

"I have never posted on here for this before but I figure I would try.... I was at Petsmart in Loveland and saw you down the way, I couldn't stop looking and was very intrigued and wish I could have said something. I didn't notice a ring but I am sure a guy like you has a girlfriend. On the off chance you are single I would love to see if there is a connection. You bought one item from the store and I was with 2 people. If you are this man and single and would like to see if there is a connection and your smile meant something message me with what you bought and let me know about the people I was with. Let's see if this actually works!"

4.) DO YOU EVER GET COLD? w4m - GREELEY

"It doesn't matter what the weather is like, you have been in shorts everytime I have seen you. I know you will never see this. You seem much too sophisticated for craigslist. I saw you a few times a week every week for awhile dropping of my son. I creepily admire you from afar. You caught my attention almost immediately. The school year came and went and I never had the courage to do anything but smile at you. I regret that immensely. I haven't been able to get your image off my mind, along with all the thoughts I have had thinking of you. I hate living with the "shoulda coulda woulda" guilt and this is currently the only way I can think of to reach out. I don't even know your name. Shorts is what I will forever call you. :)"

5.) CUTE BLONDE AT QDOBA IN LOVELAND - mfw - LOVELAND

"We looked at each other when you were paying. Then you came back in and filled your water bottle. When I was leaving you were in your car and smiled at me. I should have went up to and talked to you but kicked myself all day for not!! If you are single and want to meet please post on missed connections and we can go from there."
